We offer tours 7 days a week, year-round, so you can experience Sedona’s beauty no matter when you visit. Tours depart throughout the day, from sunrise to sunset, depending on availability. For early risers, our Wildlife Safari adventure departs one hour before sunrise, giving you the best chance to see wildlife at its most active.

Our tour prices reflect the unforgettable experiences we create for our guests. A portion of each tour goes toward a trail fee, which helps keep Sedona’s trails beautiful and supports our partners like Tread Lightly. You’ll also notice local sales tax and a fuel surcharge. Gratuity for your guide is always appreciated if they’ve helped make your adventure extra special, but it’s entirely optional.
-
We’re happy to welcome adventurers of all ages! However, for infants under 1, our rugged off-road tours can be a bit too bumpy, so we recommend sticking to smoother, paved rides. And if you’re bringing little ones under 5, please note that a car seat is required by law—just be sure to bring your own, as we don’t have them on-site.
For our older guests or anyone with back, knee, or neck concerns, we suggest opting for gentler rides like Call of the Canyon Jeep Tour or Scenic Sedona Highlights Jeep Tour. These tours offer stunning views with less walking and a more comfortable experience all around.
-
For most of our Jeep tours, all you need to do is sit back, buckle up, and enjoy the ride—even on bumpy terrain! However, some tours offer opportunities to get out and walk around. Our Vortex Experience Jeep Tour include walking on uneven terrain (about a mile altogether), and the Archaeology Hiking Jeep Tour features a 2-mile round-trip hike to explore ancient sites.
If you’re dealing with neck or back issues, or if you’re pregnant, we suggest sticking to smoother rides. Need a little help getting in and out of the Jeep? Let us know—step stools and assistance are available on request!

Sedona’s weather can keep you on your toes! You might start the day in a jacket and end it in a T-shirt.With 300 days of sunshine each year, you’ll enjoy mild winters with highs around 55°F and crisp, refreshing evenings. In summer, the days are warm, reaching around 95°F, but the cooler evenings offer a perfect balance for outdoor adventures. Want to see the latest forecast? Visit SedonaWeather.net.

Some adventurers love the thrill of experiencing Sedona’s magic in all weather conditions—it’s nature at its most raw! But if the rain or snow gets too intense or the Forest Service steps in to close trails, we may adjust or reschedule the tour to keep everyone safe and protect the terrain. Not to worry though—we’ll always work with you to make it right. Plus, our Jeeps come prepared with heat, cozy blankets, and ponchos, so you can still enjoy the ride in comfort, rain or shine!
-
Dress for the adventure! Comfortable, layered clothing is always a smart choice since Sedona’s temps can shift by about 15 degrees throughout the day. Sneakers or hiking boots are your best bet (leave the high heels at home for this one!). Don’t forget the essentials—SPF sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to keep you cool under the Arizona sun. And if you wear contacts, you might want to swap them for glasses—the trails can get a bit dusty, and your eyes will thank you!
-
We’ve got you covered with bottled water, but feel free to bring along your favorite non-alcoholic drinks in a sealable container. A camera (or smartphone) is a must—trust us, you’ll want to capture these views! With Sedona’s sunny skies and dry air, don’t forget the essentials: sunscreen and lip balm to keep yourself protected and comfortable.
-
We recommend leaving a few things behind to make your tour smoother: skip the heavy perfumes (let Sedona’s fresh air work its magic!), avoid bringing glass containers, and make sure anything valuable stays safely at home or easily on your person. Large backpacks or bulky items can be tough to manage on the Jeep, so it’s best to travel light and enjoy the ride.
-
Absolutely! Lap dogs ride free, and bigger dogs who need their own seat are charged the same rate as a child. Just give us a heads-up when booking. But a quick note for the bumpier, off-road tours—things can get pretty wild! Picture yourself bouncing around, laughing, and trying to keep your little pup steady in your lap. It’s all part of the adventure, but make sure you’re up for the challenge of keeping them comfy while we tackle the rugged terrain!
-
Stay hydrated! Sedona’s higher altitude and dry climate can sneak up on you, so drinking plenty of water beforehand is a must. Be sure to visit the restroom before your tour, as most of our Jeep adventures don’t have facilities along the way. And don’t forget any medications you might need—especially for half-day tours—so you can fully enjoy your time without worry!
-
Please check in 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time to ensure everything runs smoothly. With other guests ready for their adventure, we aren’t able to hold the tour for late arrivals. We want everyone to have an amazing time, so arriving early helps us keep everything on track for all!
-
We understand the temptation to take a piece of Sedona’s stunning landscape home with you, but our commitment to responsible tourism means leaving the scenery untouched. Feel free to capture as many photos as you like, but remember that everything from rocks to native plants must stay right where they are for others to enjoy. According to the US Forest Service, removing anything from public land requires a permit.
-
Our Local Guides put their heart and soul into making your tour unforgettable—sharing local secrets, fascinating stories, and even a few laughs along the way. If they helped make your experience special, feel free to show your appreciation with a tip. For groups of 6 or more, an 18% auto-gratuity is applied to ensure that your guide is fairly compensated for the extra effort. At the end of the day, tipping is entirely up to you, and we’re grateful for whatever you feel is appropriate!

We understand that plans can change! To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. This allows us to accommodate other eager adventurers. If you need to adjust your plans, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to help!
